Art. 2. Legal basis and purpose of the processing
The processing of personal data (including their registration in the Company's records) is based on the existence of a contractual or legal obligation or, depending on the case and as better specified in the following paragraph, on the existence of a legitimate interest of Silplast Srl or on your consent, optional and revocable at any time, and is aimed exclusively at achieving the following purposes:

  • in fulfillment of contractual obligations (Article 6 letter b) RGPD) - to guarantee registration on the Site and the correct provision of the services requested from Silplast Srl through the Site and / or through the forms and tools made available therein, including the ticketing service and the newsletter service, and, therefore, to correctly and promptly fulfill all the obligations deriving from the respective pre-contractual relationships and contractual agreements established with you. Art. 3. Provision of data and consequences in case of failure to provide it
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points a) ( fulfillment of contractual obligations ), b) ( fulfillment of legal obligations ) and c) ( legitimate interest of Silplast Srl ) of the art. 2 above is purely optional. As indicated in paragraph 2 point d) .2 Silplast Srl may carry out user profiling activities.

Profiling can also be conducted on the basis of aggregate data deriving from individual personal data. Art. 7. Retention of personal data
