Production

The production of bottles is done through blow molding machines Meccanoplastica, Magic, PlastiBlow, Bekum. First-quality virgin raw materials (PE, PP, PS) are used, and from the year 2019, certified Plastic Second Life bottles are produced using materials from pre-consumer recycling.

Production of pharmaceutical components and products such as scoops and caps is done through Negi Bossi and Bodini molding machines and using first-grade materials correlated by certificates of analysis and manufacturers' declarations of conformity.

The entire production process is subjected to strict controls by operators and quality control.

Bottles, at the customer's request, can be customized with hot stamping thanks to state-of-the-art screen-printing equipment that allows printing in up to 4 colors.

Our production process is constantly monitored by a set of procedures, operating instructions and forms in order to ensure the quality of the finished product.
